EquiSolve is a desktop poker solver and ranges library by Equilibria AI ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, downloading the software, or purchasing a license/subscription, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. If you use EquiSolve on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

You may need an account to purchase and manage licenses/subscriptions. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

EquiSolve is licensed, not sold. When you purchase a one-time license (Regular or Pro), you receive a license key that enables use of the desktop application subject to these Terms.

• Seats/devices: a license is intended for one user. If you need multiple seats, contact support.
• No sharing: you may not resell, share, sublicense, rent, or distribute your license key or access.
• Restrictions: you may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or bypass licensing/activation, except to the extent prohibited by law.

If you purchase Regular and later upgrade to Pro, we may charge only the price difference between the tiers (when available). After an upgrade, your account will reflect your highest active tier.

Range pack subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You retain access through the end of your then-current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your account page (billing portal).

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number. Taxes may apply depending on your location and the products purchased.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with your account email and purchase details before initiating a chargeback.

You agree not to misuse the website or services. This includes attempting to probe or compromise our systems, scraping at scale, abusing rate limits, or using the service in a way that violates applicable law.

The website, software, and content (including text, design, and trademarks) are owned by Equilibria AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited license to use them as described above; all other rights are reserved.

Poker involves skill and variance. No tool can guarantee outcomes. EquiSolve is provided for study and decision support.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT (TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQUILIBRIA AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the services fraudulently. You may stop using the services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (e.g., by posting an updated effective date on this page). Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
