• Technical data: device/browser information and basic logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability.

The EquiSolve desktop solver does not require you to upload hand histories to use this website.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe may process your information according to its own policies.

We use Supabase for authentication and for storing license/subscription entitlements. Your account email is used to identify you and to associate purchases and subscriptions with your account.

We use browser storage (such as localStorage) and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to support purchase flows. You can clear site data in your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the data type (e.g., purchase records may need to be retained for accounting).

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting support. You can also manage subscriptions from your account page.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The service is not intended for children. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
